ReplyDeleteI believe that Mr.Wise shouldn't help the animals by creating a law where animals have the same legal rights as humans. I love animals I just believe that it wont be dangerous for animals to roam free.I don't believe that all animals will be dangerous it's also humans fault I don't want animals to roam free. If animals roam free everyday then the possibility of them being abused is 50% higher. My argument is that animals shouldn't have the legal rights as humans.

ReplyDeleteNo I don not think that animals deserve the same right as humans.I don't think they should because if they where let into society they might misbehave.If they misbehave they would be kept in a zoo because of their behavior with humans.Some people would disagree because they do not agree with argument for the animals.They would also think that the animals should be kept in zoos.Another reason I think that is because the animals can be trained to do bad thing(robbery,killing).

ReplyDeleteThe argument in the article named Should Animals Have Some Of The Equal Rights As Humans, is that Steven Wise is trying to make a point about how chimpanzees should get some equal rights as humans. Also some other animals should get some of the rights that humans have. I would go along with Steven Wise's campaign, because it would seem right to treat other animals and living things with the kind of respect I would love to have if I was a animal. Most people would say the same thing because if you look at it from another perspective and it was you that was a chimpanzee that was left in a petting zoo for almost a year or two, you would want to have some rights and roam free. The possible alternative argument is that Should We Keep Our Animals The Way They Are Already Treated? The evidence I have to support my alternative argument is that most people think that chimpanzees are just a "thing" but most people count them as a different type of human, and that's why most people would love to go along with most arguments I listed.

Some evidence that is needed is detailed evidence because lots of animals can not be out of a cage because some animals are dangerous shouldn't have the freedom people have. In the article the author is given detail evidence because the author explains why some animals should have some rights as use people he shows that we can use the animals intelligence like monkeys chimpanzees because there closest animal to a human.
ReplyDeleteThe text present a argument that Mr.Wise think animals need the same protection us humans get. No I don't agree with Mr.Wise because they shouldn't have the same protection as us because every animal have their own unique ability that can protect them for themselves and what do we have to protect us. Beside in the text at the beginning it showed how the chimpanzees was behaving, show how don't we know it they will do that again in the future. I know they mean well but I don't think their is a way to protect us from them.

I think that is true that they are living things to. But I think animals can be treated in a good way but not like humans.Animals should just be animals but we should treat them with respect and kindness like we get treated. But since most people have homes I don't think animals should have homesonly animals that you can buy from the pet shop)because most animals like living in the forest or woods in wild life. I do think it is unfair that animals cant eat whenever they want to like most humans. ReplyDelete2.One alternative argument is that animals should not have the same law or rights as a person and the reason i say this is because that just because they act the way they act now probably isn't going how there going to act in the future and they say that if we don't imprison people then we should do that to them but people do imprison humans because people go to jail and are in cages so why should animals have that privilege and some humans don't have the freedom and we don't know how the animals will act if they have freedom and rights to do more they might take advantage of if and turn right on us humans.Although I do not feel this way this is one alternative argument that someone can use against him
The argument is about how certain animals should be treated legally like persons and have the same rights as people. Mr. Wise or Steven Wise is trying to help certain animals to have the same rights as people legally. Mr. Wise only doing certain animals whose intelligence is at a high level such as chimpanzees, dolphins, whales, and elephants. The possible alternative for this argument is that I will agree with some of this but not all because some of the smart or intelligent animals are dangerous to people. Such as elephants or chimpanzees because their very dangerous to humans because elephants are huge mammals and they can harm us, chimpanzees can harm you. What if the law goes through and the animals change, and become very wild. Can't be tamed, or what if we build a building just only for the animals and let them be wild, free, and themselves because animals and human are two different species. The evidence such as you can train a tiger or lion, but that still makes them wild animals and you can't control what's in their habit, DNA, or their nature. It still makes them wild animals.
ReplyDeleteThe argument presented is sertain animals should have the same personhood rights that people have.People have legal rights and Mr.Wise wanted sertain animals to have the same legal rights that people have.Mr.Wise has spent 30 years of his life trying to give chimpanzees and other animals personhood rights and legal protection.Mr.Wise believes that sertain animals don't deserve to be mistreated and tortured.Animals can be the sweetess and the smartess if we could let them have legal personhood rights.
ReplyDeleteTher alternave argument would be that animals shouldn't have personhood rights because they are animals and they deserve to be mistreated. They do the wrong thing sometimes so thats why they need to be tortured so they can learn their lesson.Some people might think that it is unfair that animals cold get rights like humans because the animals may act out or be bad but I think it is the right thing to do. Mr.Wise and his team will fight to get animals their personhood rights. Mr.Wise will not give up now because he has worked to hard and long to stop fighting now.
In my opinion in think that animals should be treated like us human most of the time because they can not be treated like garbage. this argument says that Mr.Wise does not want the animals to be tutor. i totally disagree with it and i can not believe it.
